Why is framing the most important part of a remodel?

The frame of a house is the backbone: it supports everything.

Open floor plans, airy interiors, large windows, vaulted ceilings are what creates a more comfortable house. It looks stylish on both the inside and out. Our remodeling projects are often grandiose in size, with homeowners wanting to create airy spaces and sunrooms; create large archways in walls or remove sections of walls – or sometimes, remove load bearing walls in their entirety; lift ceilings or more. To do any of this requires a solid frame.
