We have a serious question.

For many years, the owners have been dealing with water seeping in front of the entrance and approaching the beautiful plasterwork inside the historical house.

Furthermore, the ongoing water, persisting for several years, is damaging the framework and wooden solar energy, thus affecting both the wood and the plaster.

The owners approached several companies to find a solution but were unable to solve the problem. All the solutions focused on the consequences rather than the root cause.

B-Concept Weatherproofing Company found the source of the problem, which was the connection of the plasterwork to the side window and the roof.

We managed to arrive on December 7, just before the start of the rains. The team applied a sealant to the joint, which is not done if the repair is carried out in dry weather.

In dry weather the next day, the plastering team lays the plaster, covering the step plate to make it part of the subsequent repair.

During the rainy season, we may not always have the ability to proceed to the next step. Therefore, when there is no rain, we will complete the project.
